Set up your profile

Your profile is how other members recognise you in the directory, in posts and in messages.

Edit your profile

   Open your profile

   On a phone, tap More → My Profile & Settings, or tap your initials at the top. On a computer, choose My Profile.

   Open the settings tab

   Tap Settings. If you do not see it, swipe the row of tabs.

   Fill in the fields

   Under Edit Profile Settings, set FULL NAME, AVATAR INITIALS, BIO / OPERATIONAL SUMMARY, CITY / METRO and COUNTRY / REGION. Initials take up to three letters.

   Save

   Tap Save Settings.

   ✓ A green notice confirms the save. Your new details show at the top of the page.

What other members see

Signed-in members can see your name, initials, bio, city, country, background, level, member code and the date you joined.

They never see your email address or phone number.

What you cannot change here

• MEMBER CODE (SYSTEM ASSIGNED) and COHORT (SYSTEM ASSIGNED) are set by Sloe. Each reads Not assigned yet until then.
• Your level is set by Sloe.
• Your email comes from your Sloe sign-in.

If something's off

• "Your profile could not be saved." — nothing was saved. Your changes stay on the screen. Tap Save Settings again.
